2. What Data We Collect
- Server logs. Anonymized IP, timestamps, user-agent, referrer. Retained 14 days. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Tool inputs. When you use our matching or assessment tools, answers are processed locally in your browser. We store them only if you explicitly request a personalized report.
- Email + name when you opt-in to a lead-magnet or newsletter. Double opt-in. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Email correspondence. If you contact us, we process the message and your reply address.
3. Third-Party Processors
We currently use Vercel Inc. (US-based, EU datacenter in Frankfurt) for hosting. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is in place and Standard Contractual Clauses cover the third-country transfer. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other behavioral tracking at this time.
4. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data, object, and withdraw consent. You may file a complaint with any EU supervisory authority. To exercise rights, email us at info@fillcart.de.
5. International Transfers
FILLCART LLC is incorporated in the United States. Where data leaves the EEA, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (where applicable) and Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
6. Children
JuriScout is a B2B service for law firms and legal departments. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
7. Changes
We may update this notice when our practices or applicable law change. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
